YES! We ship worldwide! International shipping (outside the US)  times vary depending on the destination, typically ranging from 10-21 business days. Please note that any customs fees or taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Please check your country’s custom office to see if there are any additional costs prior to completing your purchase.

All sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges at the moment. However, if you receive a defective or damaged item, please reach out to us within 7 days support@madebytheword.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.

Cancellation Policy: We do not normally cancel orders once they’ve been placed, as processing begins promptly. However, if you need assistance, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase, and we’ll do our best to help.
